The feed is free and always will be, so cancelling a subscription does not lock you out of Chorus. It returns you to the free tier.
Open your account page and choose Manage billing. That opens Stripe's own billing portal, where you can cancel in one step. You do not need to email anyone and you do not need to ask us.
Subscriptions are billed in advance. Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period, which is why access runs to the end of it.
Email hello@chorusmarket.com and say what happened. We refund without argument when:
Outside those, ask anyway. A plan that turned out not to suit you is a reasonable thing to raise, and this is a small enough operation that a person reads the message.
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Stripe usually takes five to ten business days to return the money to a card, which is their timing rather than ours.
Deleting an account cancels the subscription as part of the same action, so you cannot end up deleted and still billed. If the cancellation cannot be completed, nothing is deleted at all and you are told, rather than the account disappearing and the charge continuing with no way left to stop it.
Deletion is permanent and removes your address, sessions, API keys and alert settings. See the privacy policy.
If the price changes, it does not change for an existing subscription without telling you first and giving you a chance to cancel before it takes effect.
