Chorus is a reader for public SEC filings. It currently has no accounts, no login, no cookies, and no forms. The short version: we do not know who you are, and we have not built anything that could find out.

What we do not collect

• No account, name, address, or phone number. There is nothing to sign up for.
• No cookies, no tracking pixels, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting.
• No uploads. There is nowhere on this site to upload a file, so there is nothing of yours stored and nothing to delete.
• No storage bucket holding user content, public or otherwise.
• We do not sell, rent, or share personal information. There is no arrangement under which anyone pays us for data about you.

What is collected, and by whom

Aggregate traffic counts. Our host, Cloudflare, records page views and rough geography through its Web Analytics product. It is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors, so it cannot follow you between sites or build a profile. We see totals, never individuals.

Your email, only if you send us one. If you write to us or ask to join the beta, we hold your address for that purpose alone: replying, and sending the alerts you asked for. We do not add you to anything else. Ask us to delete it and we will, without conditions.

Your watchlist stays in your browser. Subscriber filters and watchlists are stored in your own browser's local storage and are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data erases them, and we would have no copy.

Third parties

• Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the traffic counts above.
• The SEC's EDGAR system is the source of every filing shown. It is public and we send it nothing about you.
• A market data provider supplies closing prices. Requests are made by our own server for a list of tickers; no information about any visitor is included.

Artificial intelligence

There is no AI feature in this product. Nothing you do here is sent to a language model, there is no chatbot, and no automated system makes decisions about you. The figures shown are arithmetic on public filings: dates compared, amounts divided by that filer's own median. AI assistance was used while writing the software, which is disclosed here for completeness, but it processes no user data and forms no part of what the site does.

What we never claim

Every figure on this site is computed from the filings and can be checked against the SEC's own records. There are no testimonials on this site, and if any ever appear they will come from real named subscribers who agreed to be quoted. We make no claim that these filings predict returns, and nothing here is investment advice.

If subscriptions launch

Payments are not live yet. When they are, card details will be handled entirely by Stripe and will never reach our servers. Subscriptions will be cancellable in the same number of steps it took to start one, from a link in your receipt and in the account area, with no phone call, no retention offer to sit through, and no email required. Any renewal will be preceded by a reminder, and this page will be updated before a single payment is taken.

Changes and contact
